About Us
Alive for Life was opened in 2010 and started its’ days in rooms in Henleaze and Westbury-on-Trym. We moved to our current location at 4 Unity Street in 2018 and now enjoy working in the heart of a thriving city.
We offer a very relaxed, cosy and welcoming space, aligned with our nurturing approach to Chiropractic. We look forward to seeing you here for a chat, cuppa and adjustment soon!

Michelle & Jayne
Michelle Heming
Doctor of Chiropractic, BSc(Hons) MSc(Chiro) MRCC, Certified in Webster Technique and Level 1 and 2 Network Spinal, Michelle graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2000 and worked in clinics across Hampshire before returning to her home town of Bristol and opening Alive for Life.
Away from work, Michelle enjoys time with her family, trying out new recipes, gardening, crochet and walking with her dog and reluctant teenager!
Jayne Rounsfell
Jayne has been Michelle’s CA since 2018. Jayne will do her upmost to make your visit to Alive for Life calm and relaxing and has a friendly manner to welcome you to the clinic.
Jayne spends her spare time with her family and pets and loves to explore the UK, especially Wales, where she relocated to from Bristol. Jayne is a qualified Nursery Nurse and has Level 2 and 3 BACP Counselling certificates.
