What do I need to bring for my first appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Bring along with you any MRI or imaging results that may be relevant to your case, along with information of medications and supplements you are taking. Please fill in the forms sent to you via email prior to attending the appointment. It’s also a good idea to bring reading glasses if you need them and have your diary to hand so we can schedule your next appointments. Find out more about what to expect at your first appointment.

How long are the appointments?

Please allow around an hour for your initial consultation. Our regular adjustment sessions can last anywhere from 10 to 20minutes.

How do I Pay?

We accept payment by card, cash, cheque or bank transfer

Do I get charged if I miss my appointment?

We do ask for 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments. No shows or cancellations under 24 hours will be charged for a missed appointment.

Where can I park?

There is paid parking on Unity Street directly outside the clinic and also on surrounding streets. Payment is at the machine or on the Ringo app. Trenchard Street and College Street car parks are only a short walk away.
