Your first visit at Alive for Life will be for an Initial Consultation. During this appointment we will carry out a thorough examination and assessment which will inform your future care. You are under no obligation to commit to a certain number of treatments beyond this, but we will make recommendations based on what we believe will support you in achieving your outcomes.
This appointment is for children under the age of 16 years of age or full time students and includes all of the above.
Please note if your child is 15 years or younger, we will require a legal guardian to be present.

This is a 15minute complementary chat to discuss an outline of your case and establish if we may be a good fit to help you. You will receive a form, via email, to fill in prior to your appointment.
